Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. MB Art Prints is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. No additional fees will apply after purchase.

Delivery

Delivery is completed when the buyer or their representative receives the goods. If no one is available at delivery, the package may be delivered to a pick-up location.

Uncollected Parcels

If the buyer does not collect the parcel and it is returned to the seller, the seller may charge a fee covering actual costs of delivery and return for orders not prepaid. Buyers under 18 cannot be charged this fee.

Damaged Packages

If the package arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact MB Art Prints immediately so a replacement can be arranged.
