Terms and Conditions – MB Art Prints
1. The Agreement
This agreement consists of these terms and conditions of sale, the information provided in the checkout, and any specially agreed terms between the parties. In case of conflict, specially agreed terms take precedence if not contrary to mandatory law. The agreement is supplemented by relevant legal provisions governing consumer purchases.
2. The Parties

Buyer: the consumer placing the order.
3. Price
All prices shown are the total amount payable by the buyer, including taxes and additional costs. No extra charges will apply unless clearly stated before purchase.
4. Conclusion of the Agreement
The agreement becomes binding when the buyer submits an order. It is not binding if the seller or buyer has made a clear writing or typing error and the other party realized or should have realized the error.
5. Payment
The seller may charge payment when the item is shipped. For card payments, the amount may be reserved upon ordering. The card is charged when the order is sent. Buyers under 18 cannot pay by invoice.
6. Delivery
Delivery is completed when the buyer or their representative has received the goods. If no delivery time is stated, delivery will take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after ordering.
7. Transfer of Risk
The risk passes to the buyer when they or their representative receive the goods.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Unless exempt by law, the buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins the day after the buyer receives the goods. The buyer must notify the seller before the deadline. The buyer pays return shipping unless otherwise agreed. The item must be returned within 14 days of giving notice. The seller refunds the purchase amount within 14 days but may withhold payment until the goods are returned or documentation is provided.
9. Delay – Buyer Rights
If delivery is delayed and not caused by the buyer, the buyer may withhold payment, demand delivery, terminate the agreement, and/or claim compensation. Claims should be submitted in writing.
10. Defects – Buyer Rights
If the goods have a defect not caused by the buyer, the buyer may demand repair, replacement, price reduction, termination of the agreement, and/or compensation. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time, always within 2 months of discovery. The complaint deadline is 2 years, or 5 years if the product is intended to last longer.
11. Buyer’s Breach
If the buyer does not pay or fulfill obligations, the seller may withhold goods, demand fulfillment, terminate the agreement, and/or claim compensation. Interest and collection fees may be charged for late payment.
If the buyer does not collect a parcel that is not prepaid, the seller may charge a fee covering actual costs related to delivery and return. This fee cannot be charged to buyers under 18.
12. Guarantee
Any guarantee provided gives the buyer rights in addition to those granted under mandatory law and does not limit rights related to defective or delayed goods.
13. Personal Data
MB Art Prints is the data controller. Personal data is processed only as necessary to fulfill the agreement and is not shared unless required to complete the order or by law.
